CGRC General Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of even-numbered months.

CGRC Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of odd-numbered months.

Unless otherwise indicated, Board Meetings and General Meetings are held at the McFaul Center in Bel Air, Harford County, Maryland.
